**To Reserve Home:
A 50% deposit of the rent and the full security deposit is required.
Balance is Due:
The Balance of the rent, plus the full cleaning fee is due three weeks prior to the rental date.
All deposits will be refunded if the cancellation occurs before 60 days, otherwise there will be a cancellation fee.
If Reservation is Cancelled:
61 days or more before arrival - 100% of deposit is returned.
30-60 days before arrival - 50% of rent deposit is returned.
8-29 days before arrival - 20% of rent deposit is returned.
90% of deposit will be returned if a replacement renter is found. |
